Store Terms & Refund Policy

1. Who sells

The NASTY Z store (nastyz.eu and the NASTY Z APP) is run by the operator of the NASTY Z 7 Days to Die server, a private community project. Payments are processed by PayPal. NASTY Z is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by The Fun Pimps, Valve/Steam or PayPal.

2. What you buy

• ViP passes, zCoins and other packages are digital content: perks, virtual items and virtual currency that only exist on the NASTY Z server.
• You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them on NASTY Z. You do not own them. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged back for money and may not be sold or traded for real money outside the server.
• Purchases are linked to the Steam account you are logged in with. Check it before paying – we cannot move purchases made on the wrong account.

3. Delivery and your right of withdrawal

We start processing your order immediately after PayPal confirms the payment. Items and perks are delivered within 24 hours – usually within 1 hour. Perks that need you in the game are given the next time you are online after that. If nothing has arrived after 24 hours, contact us.

Before paying you must tick the box "I want delivery to start right away and I understand that I lose my right of withdrawal". By doing so you expressly agree that we start supplying the digital content during the 14-day withdrawal period and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)). We keep a record of this consent with your order.

4. No refunds

All sales are final. We do not give refunds, credits or exchanges – including when:

• you stop playing, forget to use a pass, or a monthly pass runs out while you are away;
• you are banned, kicked or lose perks for breaking the server rules;
• the map is wiped, the game or a mod is updated, items or prices are rebalanced, or a perk is changed to an equivalent one;
• you spend, lose, gamble away or trade your zCoins or items in the game;
• the server is offline for maintenance, updates or problems outside our control.

The only exceptions are what the law requires: if you were charged but your purchase was never delivered and we cannot deliver it, or you were charged twice for the same order, contact us and we will deliver it or refund that payment.

5. Monthly and lifetime passes

• Monthly passes last 30 days from the payment. Buying again adds another 30 days. The time runs whether you play or not. There is no automatic renewal unless you set up a PayPal subscription, which you can cancel at any time – perks stay until the paid month ends.
• Lifetime passes last for as long as the NASTY Z server exists, not for the lifetime of a person. After a wipe you can reclaim them for free in the store (once per season).
• If NASTY Z closes for good, passes and virtual items end without a refund.

6. Chargebacks and PayPal disputes

If you have a problem, contact us first – almost everything can be fixed quickly. If you open a PayPal dispute or card chargeback instead:

• all your purchases, perks and virtual items are removed and your account is permanently banned from NASTY Z;
• we will send PayPal our records of your order, your consent from section 3 and the delivery log.

Fraudulent payments (stolen accounts or cards) are reported and banned.

7. Rules, changes and liability

• Buying perks does not put you above the server rules. Staff decisions about rule breaks apply to buyers like everyone else.
• We may change, balance or replace perks, items and prices at any time to keep the game fair and working.
• The server and store are provided "as is". We are not liable for lost game progress, downtime or indirect damages, as far as the law allows.
• If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian before buying.

8. Changes to these terms, law and contact

We may update these terms. The version you accepted at checkout applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia; mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
