Zombie Invasions – Prizes, Bosses & the /invasion Teleport
A horde hits a town, the whole server rushes in, and the best killers take the prize money. With /invasion you can now teleport straight to the fight.
What a zombie invasion is
Every so often a horde attacks a town on the map – a store, factory, office, hospital, school or similar POI. The whole server can join in: the more zombies you kill, the more you earn, and the top killers win prizes.
When invasions happen
- At least 90 minutes after the last invasion ends, a new one can start.
- At least 2 survivors have to be online.
- Only one invasion or siege runs at a time, and there are 20 quiet minutes after each one.
- If survivors are fighting an awake infection nest, the invasion waits up to 15 minutes for them to burn it first.
- No invasion starts close to a blood moon – if the blood moon rises, the invasion ends and prizes go to the best killers so far.
You get a chat warning 5 minutes before it starts, with the town and the prizes. It also shows on the live map in the NASTY Z APP.

The chat announcement always shows the current numbers, so check it if the admins have changed them.
Teleport to the invasion with /invasion
No need to march across the map. When an invasion is announced or running, type:

- The teleport is free by default; you can use it again after 5 minutes.
- You must be alive and out of your vehicle – vehicles can't be teleported.
- If you are already at the invasion, it tells you so instead.

- Invasion kills: Horde Hunter (100) · Plague Breaker (1,000) · Apocalypse Slayer (5,000) · Extinction Engine (20,000).
- Leaderboard: Frontliner (top 3) · Invasion Champion (most kills) · Scourge of the Horde (most kills 5 times).
- Cleared invasions: Town Saver (3) · Cleanser (15).
Frequently asked questions
How do I get to an invasion fast?
Type /invasion in chat while one is announced or running. You land just outside the zombie ring. /invasion back takes you back.
What do I win in an invasion?
Every kill pays dukes, the three players with the most kills win prizes, and if the horde is cleared everyone who fought gets a bonus.
Why can't I teleport?
Get out of your vehicle, make sure you are alive, and wait for the 5-minute cooldown between teleports.
