Buy Land – Own a Whole Region of the Map
On NASTY Z you can buy a whole region of the map – 512 × 512 blocks that are never reset and where strangers are kept out. Here is how it works.
How to buy a region
- Open the Map in the NASTY Z APP and the Buy land panel (the pin icon in the map sidebar). The land layer turns on by itself.
- Green regions are for sale. Click one to see its biome, price and weekly tax.
- Press Buy this region and confirm. The price is taken from your dukes wallet and the region is yours at once.
Prices
A region's biome is the one that covers most of it. Default prices:

*For owning just that one region. The Buy land panel always shows the server's current prices and taxes.
Property tax
Land costs a weekly property tax, taken from your wallet. It is progressive on the total value of all your land: the first 1,000,000 at 0.5 %, 1–3 million at 1 %, 3–6 million at 1.5 % and everything above at 2 %. If the tax stays unpaid for 14 days, the land is taken back – keep some dukes in your wallet.
Which regions can't be bought
- Regions with another player's land claim block in them (your own claim doesn't block you).
- Regions with a trader.
- Regions with an admin claim, or marked for a reset.
- Regions that already have an owner (blue) – unless the owner lists them for sale (purple).
Each player can own one region by default.
Your land
- Private by default: only you, your friends, your clan mates and admins can enter. Switch it to public any time and everyone may visit.
- Friends: add players by name in the Buy land panel – they get access to all your regions.
- Name your land – the name shows on the map.
- Teleport to your land from the app for 1,000 dukes (once every 30 minutes, not during blood moon).
Selling or giving it back
- Sell it to another player: set a price in the panel. The region shows purple on the map and anyone can buy it; the seller pays a 5 % fee.
- Give it back and you get 50 % of the price back. The region loses its protection and can be reset and bought by someone else.
Frequently asked questions
I click a green region and nothing happens – why?
That was a bug in the map that was fixed on 25 October 2026: reload the app page once. Also make sure the Land for sale layer is on – opening the Buy land panel turns it on.
Why can't I buy a region that looks empty?
Someone else has a land claim block in it, it has a trader or an admin claim, or it is marked for a reset. Click the faint grey region and the popup tells you which.
Is my land wiped with the world?
No – bought regions are never reset by region resets. A full server wipe is announced in advance.
Can my clan use my land?
Yes. Your clan mates are let in automatically, and you can add any other player as a friend.
